The Founder
Most event companies assign you a coordinator. Pamensky Events gives you a founder who has personally held nearly every role in the industry — from running photo booths at his first event, to managing full audio-visual production, to assisting on large-scale productions and ultimately producing them independently from scratch.
That full-stack experience matters. When something needs to be solved on the floor at 7am before your guests arrive, Elisha has been there before — from every angle. Having produced events from intimate five-person dinners to productions of thousands of guests, and managed budgets from the ground up to seven figures, no brief is unfamiliar.
Based in Israel, Elisha sits in the same time zone as his clients, walks into Tel Aviv offices for planning sessions, and executes flawlessly in New York, Toronto, Los Angeles, Miami, or San Francisco the following week. Each engagement is scoped based on event type, location, scale, and services required. A proposal is provided before any commitment. Payment is structured with a deposit to secure the date and the balance on a milestone schedule. Wire transfers and international payment methods are both accommodated.
